FIELD: electrochemical treatment of water and aqueous solutions. SUBSTANCE: method includes treatment of water by electric current in electric field formed by flat electrodes in anode and cathode zones of electrolyzer separated by diaphragm. Electrodes with through holes are used in activation, electrodes are mounted in electrolyzer for discrete change of distance between them. Solution of mineral fertilizers are added into starting water.
