FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting mucous membrane under endoscopic control at 1/3 of area above the unciform process, excising natural anastomosis, removing pathologically transformed mucous membrane of the maxillary and ethmoidal sinuses. Tongue-shaped mucoperiosteum flap is cut out from the side of hard palatine or trapezoid flap is cut out from the side of alveolar process. The wound is sutured and the unciform process is fixed in natural position. EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic complications. 1 tbl
