FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has stiletto with flange in the middle part and tube. The tube is mounted on the stiletto and is composed of parts connected to stiletto flange and joined to each other along the longitudinal axis of the stiletto. Tube parts ends have semiflanges near the stiletto flange. The semi-flanges allow abutment to each other and are fixable on the stiletto end. Each tube part has protrusions in the cross-section. The protrusions envelop the stiletto from lateral sides. Distance separating the protrusion edges is less than the distance separating lateral sides of the stiletto and is selected to enable tube parts self-fixation on the stiletto.
