FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to surgical instruments designed for drainage, removal of fluid and sequestration from various cavities, sanitation of cavities in patients in surgical, thoracic, proctological, gynecological departments. The combined trocar contains a hollow elongated tube and a stiletto assembly. The hollow tube is made of stainless steel with a welded coupling at the proximal end. The coupling has a thread for screwing the end cap nut and a cutout through which the stem pins are made with the possibility of passing through. The stiletto assembly consists of a cylindrical plunger made of stainless steel with a wedge-shaped bevel of the end to facilitate the formation of the desired cut shape. A T-shaped groove is made at the end of the plunger, in which a replaceable blade with a complementary T-shaped shank is made with the possibility of fixing. The opposite end of the stiletto has a threaded hole for fixing the rod with a pre-fitted coupling: a depth-of-cut limiter and a recess with a rim for fixing the end of the compression spring located in the middle around the rod. A double-sided locking pin is pressed on the stiletto rod between the limiter coupling and the cap nut, which, when pulling the rod handle outwards and turning it by 90°, is made with the possibility of holding the spring in a compressed state. The tube is made with the possibility of inserting a sleeve closed at both ends with round plates having symmetrical round holes from 1 to 7, through which drainage tubes of the appropriate size with 3 side holes at the inner end are made with the possibility of inserting into the purulent cavity.
EFFECT: use of the invention allows the simultaneous introduction of 1 to 7 drains through the trocar sleeve for draining purulent cavities of various sizes in order to reduce the number of postoperative complications and increase the effectiveness of treatment.
