FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to urology, and can be used in surgical treatment of acute and chronic urinary retention. Device for installation into urinary bladder of fixable urethral catheters in case of carrying out trocar cystostomy contains tube and stiletto. Tube represents tube, which is not closed round its axis with slot width 5 mm. On opposite with respect to slot wall tube has oval holes and applied with 1 cm interval marks. Stiletto is made with slot and fixer located between rod and handle. Beginning and end of stiletto slot are made with possibility of superposition with holes on tube.
EFFECT: invention ensures safe controlled by depth of wound canal installation of fixing in urinary bladder urethral Foley catheters.
