SUBSTANCE: device has cotyloid cavity, head and neck parts movable when the head part moves. Balls are available between head part surface and cavity fundus. The balls are held by flange with crimp seal fixed on cavity end surface. Local recesses of round or polyhedral shape are available on head part surface having smoothly coupled with surface of rolling which depth is not less than local ball deformation and recess and head surfaces making contact with it at maximum loading time.

EFFECT: prolonged service life; high reliability; reduced rotation resistance moment.
