SUBSTANCE: invention proposes method of administration of inhibitors of [H⁺,K⁺]-ATPase and method of suppression of gastric acid secretion by administration of inhibitors of [H⁺,K⁺]-ATPase by the above mentioned method. Omeprazol, its salts, enantiomers or salts of its enantiomers are used, in part, as inhibitors of [H⁺,K⁺]-ATPase. Invention allows to provide prolonged plasma blood levels of inhibitors of [H⁺,K⁺]- -ATPase being with more high degree of inhibition of gastric acid release for 24 h.
