FIELD: treatment of different surfaces of materials of high hardness degree. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of anode dissolution in ultrasonic field of metallic reinforcement preliminarily arranged in blank-die; at first determining boundary values of zone of passivating material of blank-die; increasing lower boundary by value up to 10% and lowering upper boundary by value up to 15%; decreasing zone of treatment potentials in comparison with passivating zone by value up to 25%; then determining technological voltage value and realizing treatment until complete dissolution of reinforcement. Modes of electric and ultrasonic fields provide active dissolution of reinforcement and keeps oxide layer on surface of die. EFFECT: elimination of additional mechanical working of part. 2 dwg
