FIELD: material machining; applicable in fastening of sheet-type solid parts from nonmagnetic material metal-cutting machine tools. SUBSTANCE: vacuum device has base, plate and suction cup in form of slab with sealing collar. Suction cup is located in base with formation of cavity and connected with vacuum source by means of vacuum line. Installed under slab with formation of cavity is drawing-in strip with opening of large cross-section. Slab has supporting projections and holes with small section between them. Cavities formed by slab supporting projections and plate, and by drawing -in strip and slab are connected with vacuum line by means of said small and large section holes, respectively. EFFECT: simplified design, higher reliability of automatic fastening of parts due to reduced value of deformation and increased fastening area of plate, higher accuracy of machining, extended weight of machined parts resulting in extended process potentialities of fastening of sheet-type parts from nonmagnetic materials. 2 cl
