AUTOMATED LINE FOR CHARGING OF AMMUNITION BODIES BY THE FILLING METHOD Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: equipment for charging process, applicable in automation of the process of charging of ammunition bodies with explosives by the filling method with arrangement of especially dangerous operations in reinforced concrete cabins. SUBSTANCE: the automated line has an automatic filler, automatic separator of the process funnels, automatic checking machine of assembly of the process funnels and a horizontal closed fellow conveyer with parallel guides, on which the fellow travelers are installed. The extreme ends of the guides are connected by transposing mechanisms forming a direct and return branches positioned between which is a route with a break, installed on which is a platform for reciprocating motion carrying the sections of the conveyer guides and which is kinematically linked with the mechanism for feeding the fellow travelers to the cabin with a damper device. The automatic filler and the automatic separator of the process funnels are installed on the route, an armored shield is installed between them, the automatic checking machine of assembly of the process funnels is installed on the direct branch of the conveyer, whose return branch is made long, whose length is equal to or exceeds the total length of the fellow travelers with the ammunition bodies filled with an explosive and being on the position of crystallization.
