FIELD: railway transport; permanent way. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of permanent way, particularly to fastening of rails of movable or spring support. When implementing proposed method, displacement of rail caused by train is transferred to elastically deformable member and base, and deformation of elastically deformable member relative to rail displacement value is increased. Structure specially design for this purpose consists of underrail plate 2 coupled with elastically deformable member 7 arranged on base 1. Elastically deformable member 7 is installed to provide deformation through value exceeding displacement of rail 3 under action of train. Top provide said condition underrail plate 2 is additionally hinge connected with base 1, and hinge joint 6 is arranged at distance from elastic member 7 greater than distance from vector of load on rail 3. EFFECT: improved vibration isolation owing to provision of control of frequency characteristics and rigidly of elastic members. 3 cl, 1 dwg
