FIELD: railway construction.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of railway track construction, in particular to the systems of the sub-rail base, as well as to the methods of rapid deployment of the railway track. The device contains at least two support plates. The lower plate is placed on an unprepared surface with the possibility of fixing it. The upper plate is placed on the support units of the lower plate with the possibility of moving it. The distance between the support nodes is equal to the size of a standard rail track. Rails are installed on the top plate. The rail threads are aligned using a mechanism for moving the support unit.
EFFECT: solution makes it possible to lay railway tracks without carrying out construction and installation works.
