SUBSTANCE: according to invention, flow turbulator outlet is tangentially connected to reservoir near one of its end faces, and recirculation and outlet branch pipes are furnished with shutoff and control members and are connected to said reservoir, respectively, in zone of collection of fraction enriched by dispersible material and in zone of collection of fraction of final product. Invention prevents untimely entrainment or settling of dispersible materials and increases stability of emulsions or suspensions to separation and spoiling in long storage.
