SUBSTANCE: the system has an azimuth unit, horizontal unit, control device, angle-to-code converter containing in their turn a gimbal, gyroscopic sensitizing elements, attitude sensors, torque motors, tilt sensors, amplifiers, function switch with the first and second contacts, limiters, digital device, comparator. EFFECT: enhanced precision of determination of the reference azimuth in the conditions of outer disturbances of the system body in operation on a movable object, which is attained due to switching-off of the leveling circuit from the gyroscopic sensing element of the azimuth unit for the time of action of disturbances on the side of the horizontal unit by a signal of the comparator connected to the output of the leveling circuit. 1 dwg
