SUBSTANCE: system has to be radar devices for determination of basic radar parameters of positioning of air- and on-ground objects. Control device has compensation and preset units. Input of compensating unit is connected with output of preset unit. Output of compensation unit is connected with input of moment detector disposed onto first measuring axis of gyroscopic sensitive element of azimuth unit.
