FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has cup-like rings having cross-pieces and bases. Spring is fixed in the bases by means of washers shaped as rings and nuts. The nuts are set on thread into the bases having coaxially mounted movable cylinders. At least one cylinder has through openings for receiving removable stopping member. The through openings are spaced over cylinder perimeter. The stopper member hinders cylinder displacement to take place. The spring is allocated inside of the cylinders. The washers have internal helical thread in correspondence to the spring. EFFECT: uniform compression force distribution allover the anastomosis zone perimeter. 4 cl, 4 dwg
