FIELD: localization of actions of explosive mechanisms, applicable in disposal of dangerously explosive objects. SUBSTANCE: the blast localizer has one or more chambers filled with dispergent with an envelope of elastic material and a cavity for placement of the explosive device to be localized. The envelope is made of material with a coefficient of linear rejection of X-radiation μc not exceeding 20м-1. EFFECT: provided effective protection of people and structures against the action of explosive devices, provided diagnostics of the explosive device with the aid of portable X-ray units without displacement of the explosive device and the blast localizer.
