SUBSTANCE: the blast localizer has one or more vessels filled with dispergent, made of elastic material. Dispergent consists of liquid and gaseous phases, the volume of the gaseous phase makes up 0,5 to 5.0% of the volume of dispergent.
EFFECT: reduced rate of deformation of the blast localizer, which delays the process of its destruction, thus enhancing the protective anti-explosive characteristics.
