FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: residual wet brewer's yeast is homogenised at a pressure differential of 200-220 atm, hydrolysed with alkali NaOH at pH 8.5-9.0; heated to a temperature of 95-100°C, exposed for 25-30 minutes, neutralised with hydrochloric acid to pH 6.5-7.0 and dried. Drying is carried out at the coolant temperature of 150-160°C at the inlet of the drying device with counter-intorted inert carrier jets, and the inert carrier is made of fluoroplastic in the form of a cube with edge length of 6-7 mm.
EFFECT: improving the quality of protein feed additive by increasing the digestibility of yeast proteins.
