FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method implies mixing and sterilising components of a nutrient medium containing spent grains, malt sprout meal, barley grain by-products meal, milk whey, citric acid, water and mineral supplements which are chalk, potassium hydroxide, ammonium sulfate, magnesium sulfate, sodium sulfate. Brewer's yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae in the amount of 500-600 thousand of microbial cells, lactic acid bacteria Laktobacillus fermentum in the amount of 1 billion of microbial cells, milk whey - 1 litre and water - up to 10 litres of the total volume are added to the obtained nutrient medium. The obtained mixture is incubated under the temperature of 28-30°C and pH 5.6-6.2 for 20-22 hours, filtered for 5-6 hours and dried up to the moisture content of 10-12%.
EFFECT: increasing feed supplement nutritional value and rate of the farm livestock weight gain.
