FIELD: automotive industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to reinforced side door of vehicle. Proposed door 2 consists of outer panel 7 and inner panel 8 rigidly interconnected to form interpanel space accommodating energy absorbing elements. Said energy absorbing elements are essentially two safety 11 and 12 located in different horizontal planes L, M and vertical planes G, F forming space 22 for displacement of window glass 6 of door 2. With door 2 closed, upper safety bar 11, at least partially, overlaps central pillar of body, and lower safety bar 12 is located in zone limited by planes passing through extreme points of outer and inner surfaces of front and central pillars of body. EFFECT: improved rigidity at uniform distribution of load entire door. 7 cl, 6 dwg
