FIELD: applicable for use of heat of secondary power sources. SUBSTANCE: the device has a stack of plates with spacer inserts with formation of ducts for working media, the stack of plates is positioned inside the frame fastened by rods, the plates are U-shaped with flanged edges and holes 4 on the latters, they are made of aluminum, 0.15 to 0.3 mm thick with a clearance of 3 to 5 mm between them for increasing the convective heat exchange. The spacer inserts are made of aluminum in the form of round rods, 2 to 3 mm in diameter, squeezed from two sides and staggered perpendicularly to the plane surface of the plates. The spacers are installed after every other plate in the holes of each subsequent plate with formation of ducts for working media. To provide sealing of the structure of splicing of the plate joints, the plates are fastened to a stack by coating of the flanged edges of plates by a high- temperature sealant. To provide the turbulence of the gas flow and increase the heat transfer, staggered perforation in the form of recesses and cambers, 1 mm high, is made on the plane surface of the plates by means of pressing-out. EFFECT: simplified construction of the heat exchanger and enhanced heat transfer, as well as reduced specific quantity of metal per structure and improved sealing.
