FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: perpendicular to the base of the panel 1 on its inner side 7 by means of welded joint the ribs 3 are fixed. Each rib, except one or both edge ribs, is implemented in the form of one plate or series located plates. The maximum allowable length without disalignment of the plate in welded joint is determined by the ratio L≤14×10-3/α, where L - length of the rib plate, mm, α - coefficient of linear heat expansion of rib plate material in the range of temperatures defined by welding temperature, 1/°C. Each of edge ribs is made by a panel base flanging. The welded joint of the rib with the base is made by laser welding. On one of the long sides of each rib plate the ledges are made intended for insertion into the corresponding holes of the panel base. The panel base is made with holes for installation of ledges of rib plates in them. The rib plates are fixed in grooves of the panel base and they are welded by means of laser welding.
EFFECT: simplification of fabrication of the panel with increase of strength of joints of ribs with the base and providing straightforwardness the panel ribs.
