FIELD: seismology, correction of records of seismic paths. SUBSTANCE: signals from two sources of excitation of vibrations are recorded by geophones located on linear profile on opposite sides of sources. Difference in times of arrival of waves to reception points is established in one of points of investigated profile. Speeds of propagation of waves above and under floor of zone of low speeds are found. Altitudes of day observation surface in points of location of sources of excitation are measured. Static correction Δtst is found by analytical formula in correspondence with which static correction of recording of seismic signals is conducted. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy and authenticity of recording. 3 dwg
