SUBSTANCE: invention relates to seismic prospecting and can be used in prospecting oil and gas deposits. The disclosed solution includes selecting and installing a fixed receiving base, placing seismic vibration excitation sources and receivers on said base symmetrically about the centre of the base, which is taken as the coordinate origin; alternately exciting seismic waves and detecting said waves on the entire fixed receiving base to obtain a seismogram for each excitation point (EP); determining the diffraction wave (DW) hodograph time; summing, on each seismogram, seismic waves on the DW hodograph to obtain a stacked trace for each EP(L) and determining statistical time shifts (Δts) of the DW for each EP(L) relative to the detection time at the central EP(L=0); summing, based on the statistical time shifts, the stacked trace for each EP(L) at common diffraction points and obtaining the final stacked trace of the DW; moving the fixed receiving base to the next profile survey mark, while superimposing said mark with the coordinate origin of said base, and repeating the entire process.
EFFECT: high reliability and quality of mapping the investigated geologic environment.
