SUBSTANCE: method involves extracting bitter substances from citrus fruits flavedo; treating citrus fruits with preparation produced by sequential extracting of Mortierella lignicola micromycet biomass with the use of non-polar extractant in above-critical state, water, alkaline, water, acid, water, alkaline, and water, with following joining of first extract with solid residue; holding for 2-5 hours; crushing fruits for obtaining pulpy juice; concentrating the latter.
