Corneal incision is formed to be double-staged, selfsealing tunnel-like one at its length being 3.2 cm. Additionally, it is necessary to carry out 1-2 corneal paracenteses. The suggested method enables to provide good functional result after operative interference at correcting traumatic mydriasis, coloboma and traumatic rupture of iridic sphincter.
