When entering the anterior chamber, the needle is conducted through defect boundary and moved out through the cornea. Micro-hook is brought through the first pierce into the anterior chamber. The second end of the thread is taken out to make a loop and bring the first thread end two times through it. A knot is tightened by pulling the incoming and outgoing thread from the anterior chamber. The procedure is repeated once more and the thread ends are cut off.
