FIELD: low-frequency communication units; emergency communication of diver with submarine. SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes diver s telephone station which is additionally provided with converting and transceiving amplifier units. Converting units are connected with respective transceiving amplifier units by means of fiber-optics cable. First converting unit is detachably mounted in upper portion of submarine periscope and second converting unit is mounted in lower portion of periscope inside submarine hull. Each converting unit includes light-proof housing where collecting lens and concave mirror are mounted with light-radiating and light-receiving members mounted in focus.
