FIELD: electric devices. SUBSTANCE: system has user units 1 which has tube storage batteries which are connected to initiator 16 having button 17. In addition device has ring supply line 8 which has power supply protection unit. Outputs of initiators 16 and tube storage batteries 15 of user units are connected to them through stubs 4 via output units. Other output of each storage battery 15 is connected to preliminary amplifier 10, accumulating amplifier 11, multiple- input amplifier 12 and power amplifier 13.
