FIELD: fat-and-oil industry. SUBSTANCE: oil is supplemented by suspension of bleacher in a portion of oil, thoroughly stirred for 28-32 min, kept at 25-30 C during 70-72 h, and decanted. Amount of bleacher should be proportional to volumetric settling of initial oil and constitutes 0.5 to 2.0% of the weight of oil. EFFECT: reduced content of oxidation products, phospholipids, waxes, and free fatty acids. 3 tbl
