FIELD: fat and oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fat and oil industry. Purification of unrefined vegetable oils involves physical exposure to a magnetic field generated neodymium magnet, located directly in the oil coaxially with the direction of flow, and adsorption filtration is carried out by a sorbent located at the boundary after the zone of influence of the magnetic field, which is an enriched natural mineral glauconite with a pronounced paramagnetic magnetization.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the degree of excretion of heavy metal compounds, free fatty acids, phospholipids, and peroxide substances from vegetable oils.
