SUBSTANCE: process of reconstruction of roofing made of bitumen- carrying materials includes heating of reconstructed section of roofing with concentration of energy in closed space limited by body of heater housing heating elements, supply of air compressed to 0.5-1.5 atmosphere through air conduit for heating. Air conduit is positioned above level of heating elements. Facility for reconstruction of roofing includes infrared heater comprising box-shaped body with holes to remove air-steam mixture from closed space. Heating elements in the form of quartz tubes are mounted inside body. Air conduit for heating of compressed air is attached to upper internal part of body. EFFECT: raised quality of reconstructed roofing, shortened repair time and reduced energy consumption. 13 cl, 1 dwg
