FIELD: building, particularly roof repairing.

SUBSTANCE: unit includes movable plant installed on roof to be repaired, independent module installed on ground and adapted to recycle worn bitumen-containing covering, namely ruberoid, and independent module used for mastic preparation and supply. Movable plant comprises driving mechanism and rolling carriages connected with driving mechanism and with each other and adapted to carry processing equipment. Processing equipment includes roof cleaning device, device, which creates vertical channels and roof heating means. Above devices are installed on the rolling carriage having floating rollers. The movable plant additionally has serially connected roof surface leveling device, cyclonic device for bitumen mass accumulation, mastic preparation device and mastic supply device, which are installed on rolling carriage with ordinary rollers. Roof surface leveling device comprises centrifugal fan, driving milling drum and roof heating means. Cyclonic device is provided with pump and supply hose. Mastic preparation device includes mixing chamber, dosing unit, mastic heating means, pump and supply hose. Mastic supply device comprises vessel with nozzles adapted for direct mastic distribution and spraying, pump and supply hose. Worn ruberoid heating means, roof heating means and mastic heating means comprise liquid fuel-operating gas heat generator or electric air heater and guiding shell. Gas heat generator comprises metal case with outer heat-insulated walls and partitions installed inside the body. The partitions define pre-combustion chamber, afterburning chamber and channel, which directs gas to guiding case of fuel-air mix supply mechanism. Fuel-air mix supply mechanism supplies above mix into pre-combustion chamber. The gas heat generator includes liquid fuel supply pipeline and centrifugal fan, as well as coaxial nozzle built in horizontal section thereof and adjustable air inlet gates. Pipeline end is bent through right angle towards nozzle spraying head and is coaxially arranged in head body.
