SUBSTANCE: device that can be used for developing information display means including video-modules of composing shared screens provides for increased image contrast by way of separation of display element indicating intervals into separate indicating intervals having reduced indicating electrode length which provides for enhanced stability of discharge striking process at information input and display. Additional discharge interval provides for reduced glow area in preparation mode and reduced hum level. Separating dielectric barrier height chosen provides for enlarged effectiveness of using ultra-violet radiation of separate indicating intervals for irradiating phosphor of entire display element.
