FIELD: indication equipment, development of displays on A C plasma panels.

SUBSTANCE: scanning electrode in indication cell of plasma panel is made of two conductors, distance between electrodes, electrode width and gas gap between controlling electrode and indication electrode is determined by means of Paschen's curve. Plasma panel is controlled thanks to discharge arranged between one conductor of scanning electrode and controlling electrode of additional gap. At start of indication discharge is carried out between conductors of scanning electrode and under condition of indication between scanning electrode and indication electrode.

EFFECT: high brightness, enhanced contrast and reliability of control over plasma panel.
