FIELD: asynchronous data transfer device and method. SUBSTANCE: data item conformance inspection center applies test to each data item in entered frame using generalized algorithm of data item transfer speed by priority bit of data item loss and by maximal frame size, sets conformance bit of each data item in frame equal to conformance value in case all data items in frame have passed test, and sets conformance bit of each data item equal to variance value in case at least one data item in frame has not passed test. Data buffering organizing center allocates data items with conformance bits set as equal to conformance value to high-priority queue, allocates data items with conformance bits set as equal to variance value to low-priority queue, and transfers data allocated to high-priority queue at guaranteed minimal data item transfer speed.
