FIELD: disinfection and illumination of fluid in medical, children institutions and in other points of location of people, to which high demands are made as far as disinfection of air, water is concerned. SUBSTANCE: the device has a platform carrying a source of ultraviolet radiation coupled to a power unit, light transparent housing, whose one side is coated with a layer of luminescent material, and a system producing a fluid. During functioning of the device, due to ultraviolet radiation generated by the source, the fluid is subjected to disinfection, and then is used for illumination for the second time. The source of ultraviolet radiation and the light transparent housing are installed on a platform for passage of fluid between them. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 9 cl, 2 dwg
