SUBSTANCE: according to invention additional position detectors are installed along axes X and Y between main position detectors to provide smoothly getting of crane and its load-gripping member to preset coordinate. Load-gripping member is furnished with load presence transmitter connected to crane computer to calculate crane acceleration and braking curve with provision of minimum swinging of container. Readout devices are made for reading information from code carry-on transmitters and seals of locking-and-sealing devices of containers and transmitting said information to carry-on computer wherefrom information is transmitted, when necessary, to Control Center. Each position detector contains series-connected master generator, coder and keyer. Each readout device is made for radiation of high-frequency sounding signal through radio modem or along wires into carry-on computer.
