FIELD: molecular biology, biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a set of oligonucleotides-primers for identification of hemorrhagic fever Crimean-Congo virus RNA comprising 2 pairs of deoxyoligonucleotides eliciting activity of direct and reverse primers in reverse transcription reaction and polymerase chain reaction of the following structure: 5'-AGAGACTGAGGGGAAGGGAG-3' - PS1; 5'- AATTGTCTTGGCACACGGAT-3; - PS2; 5'-CAAAAGACT- GTAGAGGCTC-3' - PS3; 5'-TTGTCCGTAGGTTAAGAATG-3' - PS4 and also their analogues with degenerated structure: Ps1* 5'-AGAGAC(T,C)GAGGGGAA(A,G)GGAG-3'; Ps2* 5'-AATTGTCTTGGC- (A,G)CA(T,C)GGAT-3'; Ps3* 5'-CAA(A,G)AAGAC(T,C)GT(A, G)- GAGGCTC-3'; Ps4* 5'-TTGTCCG(T,A)AGGTT(A,G)AG(A,G)ATG-3' and direct control primer of the following structure: Ps5 5'-CT(T,C)- TCAGCTC(A,G)T(T, A)CTACTGGCT-3'. The use of primers set allows the detection of hemorrhagic fever Crimean-Congo virus taking into account variations of genome structure of different geographic isolates distributing in areas of Middle Asia and South regions of Russia. Invention can be used in medicine for detection of genetic material of hemorrhagic fever Crimean-Congo virus in samples. EFFECT: improved method of virus detection. 2 dwg, 1 tbl, 6 ex
