FIELD: manufacture of ceramic products used in chemistry, atomic power engineering and electronics. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing products of d size in boiling bed with spherical particles of two-fraction composition at volumetric ratio of products : large particles : small particles of 1.0: (0.2-0.3): (0.1-0.2), with particle sizes being selected within the range of 0.1-0.2d and 0.01-0.05d, respectively, and density of spherical particles being selected within the range of 1.5-4.0 of density of products; providing stepped reduction of hydrocarbon concentration in time with 40-70% to 10-30% upon expiration of 0.1-0.3 τ, where τ is total deposition process time. Method allows carbonaceous graphite ceramic products with pyrolyzed coating to be manufactured. EFFECT: increased efficiency, provision for deposition of coatings on products of compound configuration and strong adhesion of coating to substrate. 5 dwg
