FIELD: mining; applicable in underground hydraulic mining of coal. SUBSTANCE: hydraulic module includes equipment for water supply and producing high water operating head; installed in compliance with process flows: face equipment for coal hydraulic breaking, crusher, screen, hopper for large coal pieces, circulating water clarifier for pulp thickening and water purification. It is provided with pulverizing mill of coal particles in thickened coal slime, additional bin with proportioner for supply into mill of added plasticizer and its mixing with coal slime. Clarifier is made in form of suspension separator located for provision of intake of undersize product from screens chamber by gravity and further flowing of coal slime from it to mill, and clarified water, to two-stage sump, whose primary compartment contains clarified water with higher concentration of solid particles than in secondary one, and provided with coal pump for direction of this water to development face for tunneling mining machine. Secondary compartment has successively installed pumps for building-up of water pressure and direction of water to face for hydraulic giant. Screen is located in chamber made near skip shaft. Hopper for large coal pieces is made in form of tipping hopper. EFFECT: simplified process flow and reduced power consumption. 1 dwg
