FIELD: electrical engineering; off-line power supplies. SUBSTANCE: voltage changer designed to convert dc voltage into three-phase ac power has its bridge inverter connected to first primary winding of revolving magnetic field transformer whose second primary winding is displaced in space relative to first one through 90 deg., its finishing lead being connected to that of first primary winding and starting lead, to that of primary winding through phase-shifting capacitor. Three secondary windings of transformer are spaced 120 deg. apart; their starting leads are star-connected and finishing leads are used as terminal leads for connecting three-phase load. EFFECT: enhanced operating reliability and reduced electromagnetic noise of voltage changer. 1 cl, 1 dwg
