FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves impregnating raw plant material with liquefied gas, such as ammonia, at pressure above atmospheric pressure, with following releasing of pressure to value of atmospheric pressure at rate providing freezing of raw plant material; before impregnation process, treating raw plant material with preparation produced by sequential extracting of Pythium coloratum micromycet biomass with the use of non-polar extractant in above-critical state, water, alkaline, water, acid, water, alkaline, and water, with following joining of first extract with solid residue, with preparation being used in an amount of 0,5-10•104 mg/t; holding for 2-5 hours.
