SUBSTANCE: method involves holding raw plant material in water comprising preparation produced from Mortierella hygrophila micromycet biomass by predetermined process; partly or fully freezing resultant mass; partly defrosting said mass and squeezing juice therefrom. EFFECT: improved quality of juice by eliminating opalescence thereof, and increased efficiency.
