FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has cylinder having ring-shaped slit space circumferentially placed near its base. The space communicates with vacuum suction member through a tube. Two tubes are built-in into the cylinder bottom. Internal ends of the tubes are connected to the cylinder cavity. The other external end of one of the tubes is connected to dry jet chemotherapy supply and detritus discharge source. The other tube is connected to local hyperthermia source. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of local contact chemotherapy and hyperthermy; improved healthy tissue protection and deep action on tumor tissues. 1 dwg
