FIELD: medicine, oncogynecology. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with injecting antitumor preparations in case of uterine body cancer. Uterine wall should be punctured in area of its angle. Needle should be moved up to opposite uterine angle through its cavity to be nearer to its bottom. Through this needle one should direct microirrigator with perforated openings. Then needle should be removed. One should detect external opening of inguinal channel on the skin to introduce the needle into it percutaneously. Needle is directed through round uterine ligament up to uterus; free end of microirrigator outcoming from uterus should be passed along the needle. Microirrgator's end should be withdrawn through external opening of inguinal channel. The same manipulations should be repeated with the second end of microirrigator from another side. Medicinal preparations are introduced through microirrigator. The present method enables to deliver medicinal preparations into certain location of tumor. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 ex
