FIELD: machine engineering, possibly working parts such as blades of blade type machines, of forging die sets. SUBSTANCE: method of electrochemical dimensional working comprises steps of closing interelectrode gap and arresting gas-liquid medium at least in one section of tool-electrode; additionally feeding to said section electrolyte by pressure exceeding that in interelectrode gap and interrupting additional supply of electrolyte after beginning of motion of gas-liquid medium. Tool-electrode has separate sections mounted on elastic membranes with possibility of mutual motion by means of guides. On end portions of guides there are pickups for measuring motion value of sections and for transmitting their signal to pressure regulator. Each section has duct for supplying electrolyte.
