FIELD: processes for electrochemical dimensional treatment of complex- shape products, possibly working cams of actuating mechanisms after restoration welding-on. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has cylindrical working chamber with pipelines for charging and discharging electrolyte. Stationary sectionized electrode and rotary electrode mounted coaxially relative to stationary one are arranged in working chamber. Rotary electrode is in the form of two mutually joined, arranged one near another concentric axles of annular flanges. Working shaping edges are joined with said axles. Rotary electrode is driven to rotation by means of energy of supplied pressurized electrolyte. Configuration of electric field applied to stationary electrode allows to intensify process due to necessary electric current density in working zone.
