FIELD: machine engineering, possibly working precious stones, namely cutting facets of diamonds. SUBSTANCE: attachment includes support with regulators and handle mounted on support. Rotary head is secured to handle. In order to provide possibility for sensing angle of intensive removal of material at grinding process and for using said angle value in automatic apparatus for cutting diamond facets, limb is rigidly secured to head and pointer indicating grinding angle is mounted in handle. EFFECT: improved design providing quality and efficiency of cutting facets of complex morphological shape diamonds in automatic mode. 1 dwg
